Can Employees Earning Over Rs. 21,000 Still Access ESIC Benefits?

Dear Sir,

If an employee's salary exceeds Rs. 21,000/- and reaches Rs. 24,000/-, as per ESIC rules, if the salary exceeds Rs. 21,000, then they cannot avail the benefits of ESIC. However, if the employee still wishes to avail the benefits of ESIC, is there any option to keep them enrolled in ESIC?

If the employer agrees, they can continue to contribute the full 24000, but the benefit ceilings would be 21000/- basis.
