ID act - After 90 days to 150 days paying 75 % salary from basic+da or gross salary, it correct sir?

What is the meaning of lay-off, lack out, retrenchment, factory closing. I referred books but i cant understand....Please - if lay-off and lack out, employer have pay and what percentage after reopening. any option there but lay-off some company paying with different method but lack out not paying, its is correct sir?
One operator under suspension under investigation, upto 90 days paying 50% salary from basic+da or gross salary, it correct sir?
After 90 days to 150 days paying 75 % salary from basic+da or gross salary, it correct sir?
After 150 days paying 100 % salary from basic+da or gross salary, it correct sir?

lock out - Business closed for temporary period due to no business,
retrenchment - Junior most workman advised to leave job permanently due to unavailability of the work,
factory closing - Permanently closing factory premises for working . I referred books but i cant understand....Please
