Govt has asked local bodies to ensure that specified environmental conditions for buildings and constructions are complied with before granting occupation certificate/completion certificate. This is also applicable in case of industrial sheds of >20,000 sq.mt. Notification dated 14.11.2018 issued by the Govt specifying the conditions in this regard is attached for your reference.
