Can I ask my company to at least pay me the Minimum wages? Wages April 2017-2018

I am confused my minimum wages 2017 amount,
Kya main apni company se minimum wages 2017 amount maang sakta hu , please reply me expert i m so confused

I presume you have doubt whether what is paid to you is Minimum wages, more or less, isn't it?
Are you working in Delhi, if yes what's your trade/skilled/semi-unskilled? What's your designation.

I think you are getting more than minimum wages. Check Minimum wage act of Delhi. Also I don't think that IT department staff are included in min.wage act. Check

The attached notifications applicable for NCTD area would help you to check back where is your emoluments fits into. There are minimum wages + DA commensurate with skill levels etc in separate circulars. Use them to your advantage, if any in this.

r u sure b'coz main reason is that basic i think 17000 then pf deduct 12% MW rule 2017 but my company is mention basic salary is 12000 and the pf deduct amount 12% also 1440 /- . tell me please what exact salary me previous year 2017..

See the working as per NCTD's notification taking your category also included therein as shown in the attachment. However this notification dt.16.10.2018 has been stayed by the SC. Check the status of this case at SC. This is only an opinion subject to applicability in your case.

There has been some confusion whether the Delhi MW Act apply to your firm or not that question has to be answered by the authorities concerned. And as and when this is known there will be clarity on your MW fixation also. And top of it the notification issued by the NCTD is in the SC for a decision that is the position and therefore you and I have no room to play. That is the position.
