I have recently joined a startup company as an HR admin and am currently in my probation period. However, I am unsure of my exact responsibilities as an Admin Executive. This role is completely new to me. I would appreciate some guidance so that I can perform to the best of my ability.

Furthermore, could you please provide me with some email etiquette tips for communicating with customers, employees, and clients? I believe this will help me improve my writing skills. Thank you.

As an Admin Executive, to whom do you report? Sit with your reporting authority and discuss your roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. This will bring clarity about your job.

Secondly, regarding email etiquette, there is a lot of material available on the internet. You could have referred to it. More than email etiquette, you may refer to ebooks on how to write business letters. There are free downloadable books available on the internet. Read a letter every day and see the change in yourself.
