Can someone please help me with understanding this in laymen terms - You will be under a working contract for a period of 18 months from the date of joining. A violation of this contract may result in a penalty, which would be decided at the discretion of the company. Any request for work experience certificates / relieving letters will be issued only after successful completion of 18 months of employment.

Dear friend,
It is written that "You will be under a working contract for a period of 18 months from the date of joining. A violation of this contract may result in a penalty"
Have the terms of contract been specified clearly? Please confirm.
Thanks,

The terms state that I would be working under contract for 18 months, however after completing 12 months and with 1 month notice period, if I leave due to an illness that needs to be taken care of, will I not receive work experience documents?

Dear Mr........
You will get the certificate for the services rendered by you even if it is 12 months, as you would be leaving with proper notice period and handing over the responsibilities held by you properly please.
