This idea has been on my mind for a long time, and now I am going to take action. But before that, I am looking for valuable suggestions from CITE HR members.

Subscription-Based Service for Employees

I am planning to start a subscription-based service for employees. The service will include offering career as well as personal development products such as books, gifts, magazines, etc., to employees. I am going to charge annually for these services.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. Based on my experience and understanding of the industry, I believe that employers may be open to considering this idea. However, it ultimately depends on various factors such as the company's culture, current needs, and strategic objectives. It would be beneficial to present a well-thought-out proposal highlighting the potential benefits and feasibility of the idea to increase the chances of acceptance. I recommend conducting thorough research and preparing a compelling case to pitch to employers effectively. Good luck!
