PF Final Settlement and TDS Limit

I have a question regarding the PF final settlement. I want to confirm whether the Rs. 50,000/- limit for no TDS applies only to the final PF settlement Form 19 or includes the pension withdrawal Form 10C as well. In other words, is the Rs. 50,000 limit only for Form 19 or for Form 19 plus Form 10C?

This is because my Employee Share is Rs. 28,336.00 and the Employer Share is Rs. 9,154.00. If I add these, the final amount comes to Rs. 37,490, which is less than the Rs. 50,000 limit for no TDS. However, when I add the Pension contribution of Rs. 19,047, the amount becomes Rs. 56,537, which exceeds the Rs. 50,000 limit.

The problem is that I have an issue with my PAN card. I am unable to upload it online. Hence, if I apply online without the PAN card for Form 19 and Form 10C, will tax be deducted or not? Kindly help me in this regard.

Regarding the information above, as mentioned, a PAN card is mandatory along with Form 15G. If you are unable to update those documents, then proceed with the offline process using hard copies and submit them to your concerned employer.

The required documents are as follows:
- Form 10C
- Form 19
- 2 sets of Form 15G
- Aadhar & Pan card
- Name printed Cancelled Cheque. If not available, please attach a copy of the Net Banking Statement.

Thank you.
