Issue with Full and Final Settlement
I need your support as my previous company is not paying my FNF amount. TechBlocks was my previous company. I worked with them for almost 1.8 years. After dedicating so many months to the company, they are not paying my FNF amount, which includes 15 days of leave encashment, a loyalty bonus, and incentives.
Loyalty Bonus Deduction
Regarding the loyalty bonus, they have a policy where they deduct 50,000 LB from anyone who joins TechBlocks. When I joined, there was no deduction from my salary in the first year as I refused. In my second year, they forced this deduction on me, stating that I would be paid this amount when I left.
Incentive Scheme for HR
Our HR Head from Pune introduced an incentive scheme for HR for performing in Pune walk-ins. According to this scheme, I was eligible to receive an incentive amount in March. However, after many discussions, I learned that our HR Head from Canada was refusing to pay this amount, as she does not want to provide any benefits to HR.
My Role and Responsibilities
I was the only HR at the Ahmedabad office from February 2018, handling all HR responsibilities without any KT, despite being a junior. I worked diligently, not taking leaves to help the company grow. They wanted to start a night shift at the Ahmedabad office as per client requirements, and I facilitated this. For 1.5 years, we had 4 to 6 people working in Ahmedabad and Pune, with 3 people working in the night shift recruited by me.
Resignation and Subsequent Issues
All issues began when I submitted my resignation on May 7, 2018. They started insulting me. Our HR Head from Canada does not know how to speak professionally with the team. After resignation, why does management forget the work done by an employee? It's a failure if you don't understand the situation or problems of your own team. If the HR Head from Canada had any issue, she could have called me or sent an email. Instead, she wrote a warning email to insult me because she didn't want to pay my incentive amount. This was also because I was on sick leave for a day, as my family asked me to rest due to a fever, with walk-ins scheduled for the next two days.
Performance and Feedback
For 1.7 months, I was a performer, and the management team was happy with my work. I received a 30% increment and have appreciation emails from the HR Head in Pune. Once I resigned, everyone turned against me. If I was not good, why didn't they share feedback with me?
Now they are refusing to pay my FNF amount. Please help me out with what to do. My family and friends suggest legal action as they are behaving very rudely with me. I have my salary slip for April.
