I want to know that i have registered my company in EPF & ESIC 2 month ago but i have only 5 to 6 employees working so is it mandatory to deposit the pf and esic?
If the Org reached minimum eligibility and had downsized the resources,you must continue contributing towards PF. Otherwise, if the employees and management are ok to contribute
Dear Friend, i presume after due diligence you have obtained EPF & ESI Code Number by furnishing relevant Information/Documents.Consequent to obtaining Code Numbers,you have not remitted contributions on the ground that you have 5-6 Employees.Please comply with the requirement immediately
