Thanks for your response! I am an HR professional working in an IT company. We have hired a soft skills trainer to train our employees. Should we schedule this session during office hours, or can we schedule it after office hours?
Any on-the-job training, whether during working hours or not, entitles the employee to receive their salary, regardless of whether the training costs are covered by the company.
