Format of Appointment Letter for Persons Working under 1-year Contract

Hello all,
Can someone guide me for appointment letter for people working with NGO?
These are not employees but people working on one year contract.

Dear Madhura,
If the persons who work for NGO will not be employees but you wanted to pay them remuneration for their work then it is better to make contract agreement. However, even this suggestion also depends on the type/nature of the work. Therefore, please explain how they will work, where they will work, how many hours they will work etc.
