You have not mentioned whether you have prepared this ppt on your own or downloaded from somewhere, nevertheless, the fact is that these type of presentations are available aplenty on Google. What was expected from a member like you is whether you conducted any experiment in your company based on this theory. Implementation of learning is important. If you had shared your experience of implementation of the theory, it would have been educating experience to the members of this forum.
