You have not mentioned whether you prepared this presentation on your own or downloaded it from somewhere. Nevertheless, the fact is that these types of presentations are widely available on Google. What was expected from a member like you is whether you conducted any experiments in your company based on this theory. The implementation of learning is important. If you had shared your experience of implementing the theory, it would have been an educational experience for the members of this forum.
