Sir, I want a circular to my employees regarding sandwich leave policy (if an employee takes leaves on Saturday and Monday, then Sunday will be treated as leave.Please help for circular making in simple manner.

If any change is brought in the leave policy, then better to circulate new policy rather than issuing a circular. Therefore, amend the policy itself.
