Feeling Stuck: Can I Change My Graduation Year on My Resume for an IT Job?

Hi friends. I have completed my graduation in the year 2012 and cleared my backlogs in 2015. Can I change and keep the past year as 2012 and apply for an IT job? Will there be a problem? I have a degree, but the only thing is I want to change the pass-out year. Please suggest. I am in need of a job. Sometimes, I feel like committing suicide because of these financial problems. Please, guys, give me suggestions.
