Working in a startup company, and they want to register under ESIC, but all employees are drawing salaries above the ESIC salary limit. How will things proceed?
If not eligible under the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Act, employees are covered under the Workmen's Compensation Act. I suggest providing employees with comprehensive medical insurance policies through any approved insurance company.
