Karnataka Election 2018: Can Factories Operate on Election Day Without Disruption?

We are having the Karnataka Legislative Assembly election in 2018 on Saturday, 12 May, and it ends on Tuesday, 15 May in different regions of the state.

Can factories run during the election day? We can give permission for two hours and continue with the work.
