My companies leave policy for CL & SL is that, 6 CL & 6 SL for a calendar year & will be eligible after completion of 6 months on prorate basis.
Now my question is : if my joining date is 1st Sept 2017 & I have completed 6 months in month of Feb 2018.
Then how many leaves i suppose to add on 1st march 2018 in my leave account.
