CA firm or otherwise, the important thing that needs to kept in mind while preparing a training calendar is to address the burning issues of the organisation. Therefore, ask yourself what your organisation critically needs. It is not just a need but it should be a measurable also. Therefore, one needs to be clear as to what needs to be increased or decreased because of the training.
