after my MBA i have started my career in consultancy as a recruiter after that i have entered into One mnc company as a talent acquisition specialist in recruitment .
After sometime some particular reasons and pressure i have left the job and i have joined as a HR Generalist in one company .
As my supervision of my self i am a very hard worker,talented ,motivated people but i have one bad habit to forgot the things very easily and very careless ness because of that i think i am not able to grow in career ,not able to get the good promotion in the company
i am a individual work player not able to work as a team.
I need to improve my leadership skills and management skills.
Can you please suggest how i can improve my management skills team leadership skills.
