Kindly let me know how many people are required to be in an HR Department for these activities and how the total manpower is typically related to the total number of HR Department personnel.

Regarding your query on the total number of headcounts required in the HR Department, please note that without knowing the manufacturing process, current available headcount (on-roll and off-roll), structure for present manpower, current available vendors/partners for HR processes, status of compliance and industrial relations (IR), etc., it is not possible for me or any learned members to advise on the required headcounts in the HR department.
