I worked in a government organization for 3 years through a vendor (who supplies resources to government organizations). The vendor does not have any dedicated staff; the owner is the only person who manages all the resources (no website). After that company, I managed to secure a job in an MNC where I worked for 6 years. Now, I would like to change my job.
I have the offer letter and payslips from the first company, but I don't have the Form 16 or bank statements as I used to receive the salary in cash envelopes. How can I explain this to HR to process the BCG? Could you please assist me with this?
