Please guide me with the salary components for 68,750/-. We are a startup firm and don't have any compliance in place yet. I need to provide a salary slip to one of the employees.
- Basis = 30% - 50% of the gross
- HRA = 40% of basis (NONMETRO) and 50% of basis (metro)
- Travel allowance = 1600
- Medical = 1250
- Special allowance = remaining amount
