Bio Medical Disposal - NGO collected for disposal - How to record it?

In a factory on numerous occasion we are organising many Programme related health of employees like recently Blood Donation camp was organised in our factory premises in consultation with the local ( Blood Bank ) NGO , The Bio medical waste generated during Blood Donation is taken by NGO ( Blood Bank )- and they have applied for Bio medical Waste Conscent from Local pollution .
Question is that quantity of Bio medical waste is generated at my premises which NGO collected for disposal from their End . How to record it? I am having OHC centre with Bio Medical Waste disposal License for the same.

Dear Sir,
Blood bank NGO is having Bio medical Consent from state pollution control board so you don't need to record this generation in your account.
As if you record the generation of waste that you have to submit the disposal details also which u will not have.
so NGO will take the waste on record and disposed off.
