2 epf code is require or not if 2 company have same name with same employer

Hi,
I am sandeep working in automotive manufacturing industry, we have 2 company with same name in haryana both are infront of each other dividing by road, we have EPF Code of first company i want to know whether we need another PF Code of 2nd company or we can use as a SUB -UNIT. all employees PF registration is in first company but 25 employees are now working in 2nd.
Kindly help me what should do .

Dear Sandeep, Have you obtained 2 Factory Licenses? do you maintain Accounts Separately for 2 Units? Is Balance Sheet Separate? What is the Nature of activity Performed in the units? How many Salary Abstracts you Prepare?
