Request for HR Certification - Afghan National

Dear All Seniors,
My name is Ahmad Shah Nejati, and I am from Kabul, Afghanistan. I’ve over 11 years’ experience in human resource management with an MBA major in human resource management. I’m currently looking for a certification, where can grant me this access to look and work overseas.
Please suggest me some professional/useful certification + institute name. I do prefer the location would be India special New Delhi; where most Afghans can easily travel over there.

Dear Nejati,
Since you are MBA, you may do the certification course. It could be from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or MDI, Gurgaon. Latter is close to New Delhi whereas IIM has various branches spread at major cities of India. IIM is one of the most respected management institution in India.
