Advantages and need of Video Resumes rather than traditional paper CV

I am really interested in knowing what advantages does a video resume have over traditional paper cv.
How accustomed are the HR managers with a video resume format and would they be interested in shortlisting the candidate based on the video resume.

Thank you for your private message. But you have not answered all the questions raised. I would like to know where you are researching and what is the benefit for people who take the trouble to answer your questions. Have you searched the web for the pros and cons of using video CVs.
Whether video Cvs are useful will depend upon the job one is applying for.

We have searched the internet and got information on the pros and cons of Video CV. We wanted to get a perspective of people who are into recruiting and how useful will video CV be for them. The whole information would help us build a better professional network website.

You still have not answered my questions. What do you do? What do you mean by "..build a professional network website."?

As a human resources manager and recruiter , I find it difficult to rely on a video resume instead of paper cv. because of the lack of time, since video previews need a lot of time to read
I think paper CV. better than video
