Creche Facility Requirement: Do Employers with 50+ Male Employees Need to Comply?

The Union Ministry of Women and Child Welfare has come out with a set of National Minimum Guidelines for Creches, as contemplated under The Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017. A copy of the guidelines is attached for reference.
