Public holiday list 2018 under Tamilnadu MSME

If establishment is registered under Tamilnadu MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), which holiday list 2018 (Public) can establishment able to follow.
If public holiday list 2018 is available under Tamilnadu MSME, please share the same

You may follow the holidays as per Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act. As such you can have 4 national holidays, ie, 26th January, 1st May, 15th August and 2nd October and 5 festival holidays in consultation with the employees. These five holidays can be chosen from any of the festivals considering the religious and regional interests of the employees.
