If the public holiday list for 2018 is available under Tamil Nadu MSME, please share the same. What is the leave structure under Tamil Nadu MSME?

You may follow the holidays as per the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act. As such, you can have 4 national holidays, i.e., 26th January, 1st May, 15th August, and 2nd October, and 5 festival holidays in consultation with the employees. These five holidays can be chosen from any of the festivals considering the religious and regional interests of the employees.
