Dear Nita, The essence of assessment tests lies in their validity and reliability. There are agencies that have conducted research and designed their own assessment tests. To promote their product, they upload a part of it freely on their website.
However, the results of these free tests may not be reliable. The reliability of the outcomes of the tests is important because, based on the test report, you will be making the decision to recruit the job candidate. What if your recruitment decision goes wrong, and you hire the wrong person? In that case, your organization could pay the price for it.
Furthermore, I would say that nothing is given for free in this world. Only cheap things are offered for free. If your organization aims to be the best, then this excellence cannot be achieved by settling for the cheap. Have you taken note of this universal rule?
