For the salary increment, you need to make Policy on Performance Appraisal. In the policy you need to devise slabs of performance like 85% and above, 75 to 84.99, 65 to 74.99 and below 64.99
Salary increments will be as per the performance slabs. The quantum of increase depends on the company's financial performance. Management arrives at certain figure within which HR needs to manage the performance increments.
