When I was discharged after three days of being admitted there, I wanted to claim my medical expenses as I am a member of ESIC, and my ESIC contributions are up to date. I have contacted my local ESIC dispensary, and they have informed me that I can claim because I have an emergency certificate. Furthermore, I believe you can also contact the ESIC Branch Office Manager to get the necessary guidance on the issue.
