Policies and employee engagement programs in hotel industry

I am looking for some R&R activities or programs in hotel industry. If any one of members from hotel industry has any then please share it with me.

You can conduct R&R activity on monthly or quarterly basis and give certificates for departmentwise best performer. Also, to make it fun add some one minutes team building games to energised crowd and distribute some prizes to the winners. After games and certificates you can celebrate monthly birthdays with cake cutting and serve some snacks for the staff.
These are the normal practices being followed by may hotel industries for R&R.
