You can conduct R&R activities on a monthly or quarterly basis and award certificates to the best performer in each department. To add some fun, incorporate one-minute team-building games to energize the crowd, and provide prizes to the winners. Following the games and certificate distribution, you can celebrate monthly birthdays by cutting a cake and serving snacks to the staff.

These are common practices followed by many hotel industries for R&R.
