I am working in a government-based service sector as a contract employee. I joined in May 2017 and worked for 4 months (120 days). I applied for maternity leave benefits to my consultancy. They replied that I am applicable for the MB Act 2017 and asked for documents for company approval. I am the first woman in this concern to raise this issue. Is there a chance for rejection of my application by my company? Is it possible for termination?
