We are thinking of starting a new section (COURSES) where we ask Cite members to create short study courses on focused topics that are highly relevant to the industry. I believe we have a lot of trainers and consulting groups here, and this can be an opportunity for all of you to gain more exposure and get paid for doing it.

Dear Sir,

Indeed, this is the need of the hour. There is a vast gap between theoretical knowledge and its actual application in day-to-day work life. Nowadays, there is a focus on HR; therefore, all concerned have lost sight of Industrial Relations issues, which are unavoidable. Therefore, practical short courses will go a long way in helping HR professionals to be well-prepared for all situations.

Update: We are in the process of getting in touch with some professors and members to design the event. Emphasis is on creating material that can help professionals learn quickly, with relevant cases directly from our network. We aim to create direct connections with people you've met and can continue to interact with on the platform. Additionally, we plan to showcase people (location-based) who are exceptional with certain skills.

It is really a good idea and initiative to spread knowledge and professional skills by learning and sharing. CiteHR itself is a significant platform for both advice seekers and experts because the scope of HR functions is increasing day by day.

My Experience and Contribution

I would like to be a part of this. Although I am not directly related to the core activities of HR, I used to handle PF, ESI, Bonus, Labour License, etc., jobs in a contractor company long back. Now, I take care of all those points as a Central Compliance Officer in relation to more than 100 subcontractors for my company.
