Understanding LTA: Can You Claim It Pro-Rata or During Probation Period?

Our company provides us with LTA after the completion of every year of service, which is a part of our CTC. Please let me know if we can avail LTA on a pro-rata basis as well. Also, during the probation period, are we eligible for LTA?

LTA is part of our salary, and we receive it after completing every year of service without the need to submit any bills or avail any type of leave.

If LTA is part of CTC, then you are liable to pay the LTA amount whether the employee submits bills or not.
