At the end of the 5-day training course, did you conduct a test of the trainees? If yes, then the report on the scores of the test itself forms the major part of the test. Other factors that can be included are: why did you conduct the training, what were the selection criteria for the trainees, what were the qualifications, are participants expected to interact with customers in a better way because of this course, what was the cost incurred to organize this course, how will you measure the effectiveness of the training course, when will you measure, and so on.
