If service has overlapping, how to claim for epf withdrawal ?

Hi friends,
Can you please guide me , if EPF members service has been overlapping ,
then how could be submit claim for withdrawal ?
Can he transfer his previous EPF contribution into current EPF contribuation through UAN Portal,
and then after claim for withdrawal through UAN Poratal ?
