LAW or ACT for Resignation Period & Leave Policy

Hello all,
I am new to CITE HR.
I am working in a non voice bpo (private limited company) since last 5 years and I came to know about sudden changes in company policies.
1. Resignation Period will be of 3 months. Employee will get 3 months salary in FFS (Full & Final Settlement) that will be after 3 months. It means employee will be away from his payment/FFS till six months.
2. Everyone need to submit Long Leave plan for the year in first week of Jan. Employee is not allowed to take Long Leave beyond 12 days and it is limited to once in a year. No changes to long leave plan at any cost.
3.LTA & leave encashment policies will be removed.
4. GL needs to be applied in advance (5-8 days prior). If anyone takes an emergency leave, it will be considered LWP.
5. From Jan 2018, employee has to earn GL. 0.75 GL will be added in Feb 2018 and onwards; after that employee can apply for it.

Can anyone guide me, all the above new changes by my company HR are valid or not? I strongly feel that it is not right. What action need to be taken by employee like me? Pl suggest.
