I need a quick help here. Could you please share a template or a link to which I could develop a new PMS model that is exclusive to the staffing industry? The regular model doesn't seem to be working. Currently, we are using the rating scale method with a list of parameters in it. I request you all to guide me in identifying the best practices which we could use for the staffing industry.
