Hi,
This site has been very helpful. I work for a US based employer and we are looking to establish a company in India. We are looking at Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune. I was wondering on how the salary varies across these 3 locations? Most of the salary surveys are providing data based on the job description (location is not considered). Can any of you point to a specific site/survey that is based on location, experience and job description. It will be great, if the report can address attrition rates in these locations.

But i cud not spot the salary structure for HR people....Can u pls update me wit salary for HR-Trainees , with 1 yr experience , etc. jst the way uv done .... It'l be very helpful to me since im plannin to shift to HR fld from Sodtware development fld...
