I didn't intend to ask you to remove the post , just suggesting to avoid mentioing companies name . We all know salary level , but in order to avoid any problem....data shouldnt be disclosed without neccesary approval .
My friend had done such a thing and had to face management brunt, so just guided you .

I believe lot of effort has been done in making this sheet. But I agree that the figures quoted are too low also the authenticity is doubtful cause this has not been publish by any standard authority.
Also a little confussion lies in the part when you see that for a Team leader there are three designations ...Manager, Sr. exec, Jr exec. Now how does that makes sense If some one can explain me. I may not be getting it though it may be simple to understand.
