How to Improve Communication Skills - never get selected at interview

I have attended many interviews but have never been selected. They seem to have very good communication skills, but I lack that level of skill. Friends, I hope you can help me develop my skills through your tips.

Dear Tamil,

You have a problem, but it is good to note that you have identified the cause as well. Therefore, the important focus here is to work on removing this shortcoming. I recommend that you read English newspapers. Keep a dictionary beside you, and whenever you come across a difficult word, make sure to check its meaning.

Moving forward, you also need to improve your grammar. Haven't we been taught grammar since our school days? Then why has your grammar remained so weak? It seems that you may have neglected grammar. Therefore, go to the market immediately and buy grammar books. Even old books will serve the purpose.

While there are videos available for improving English, at this stage, you need to work on improvement to reach that level. Hence, I would not recommend those to you.
