Facing a Shortfall in EPF & EPS Benefits: How Can I Ensure I Receive the Full Amount?

MF31289
I have resigned from a company after serving for 2.6 years and submitted my EPF & EPS withdrawal forms. I have received my PF benefits, but there is a shortage of Rs. 4300. Upon logging into the UAN Passbook, it confirms that I have not received my EPS benefits, and there is a shortage of Rs. 4000 towards it. Can somebody help me in this matter regarding the steps to be taken to receive the full benefits? Please find the attached passbook copy.

I should have received Rs. 57569/-, but I have received 54000/-. Why is there a difference of Rs. 3569/-? Can anyone help me out to understand this situation?

Who has credited interest for 2017-18 as mentioned in the EPF Pass Book?

Have you reviewed the EPF Pass Book uploaded here? Could you provide a breakdown of the EPF and EPS claim amounts received?

You have not received the full PF amount as per the passbook. The EPS amount is due only after you have attained 58 years. You have to approach the local RPFC Office and seek clarity.

Please resubmit the claim form, and you will receive the difference in the amount of interest.
