Need Help with EPF Fund Withdrawal: How to List Surviving Members for a Deceased Member?

Can I get the format of the List of Surviving members in the case of deceased members' EPF fund withdrawal?

For the Death Case process, you have to attach a list of surviving members as per my experience. It is advisable that you attach that. You can get that form from the EPF office.
