How Can I Remove Ex-Employees from the Active Member List in the EPFO Portal?

I have a query about the Active Member list in the EPFO employer portal. In this list, many ex-employees are active. I have already marked these employees as left with their respective date or reason. Kindly suggest what steps I should take to remove the exited employees from the active member list.

Employer has no control regarding active members list in PF Portal. You have already filed exit details.

I am inquiring about the same issue. It appears that exited employees from years before 2013 and 2014 are being listed as active, particularly those who exited under ECR.

Dear Ravi Sharma Ji,

Those employees who are not in your employment, fill exit details now by logging into the member profile individually. Date of exit and reason for exit. Forget data mentioned in ECR until November 2016.

If the Date of Exit (DOE) has not been updated by your previous employer, should we proceed with the EPF transfer by submitting Form-13R to your current employer?

It appears there is a mismatch of data in PF records. Hence, submit a Manual Transfer Form to your PF Office and follow up.
