Dear Savio,
While your query is on becoming professional trainer, my feedback to you is on some different count. Have you done spell grammar check of your post? Your post is laden with so many grammatical mistakes. This certainly is not a professional approach. A trainer is expected to be head and shoulder above at least in quality of his/her English. Therefore, it is high time for you to set your fundamentals right else there could be a situation where your participants start correcting your mistakes and this in turn could mar the purpose of the training itself.
Participants of all hues sit in front of trainers. They could be run-of-the-mill type to methodical and impeccable in their approach. Training to the latter category is no easy task. Therefore, have a judicious evaluation of yourself first before entering into this profession. As a via media, you may do TTT but instead of becoming freelance trainer, you may take up of a trainer. When you work under senior HR/Training Manager, supposedly you will get feedback from them and this in turn will help you in grooming yourself.
Thanks,
