Canteen management - how to simplify office lunch system?

Hello All, I am in a pharma R&D company working in Reception. I have around 100 calls to handle a day apart from that attend guests and daily basis messages to pass on, makes the day hectic.
With these works my boss is asking to do canteen management also. Here we have outsource canteen contract.
And we have put three food counter and three registers to make entries by employees. We have around 350 employee. Then i have to make entries from these registers to excel. This is a tough task because many people doesn't write name or code properly. In addition I get the Lunch Opting form signed from employees which barely 100% match with the register data. Can anyone simplify Lunch system?

1. Biometric Punching System in Canteen Area for Canteen Attendance Purpose
2. Use coupons for Canteen Use in advance for monthly/ bimonthly/quarterly basis.
3. Make compulsory those who don't want Canteen Food they should intimate for monthly basis rest of the employees will charged for canteen despite of usage.
