Facing Pressure to Resign After Project Ends: How Should I Handle This Situation?

I have been working at Accenture for the past 3 years. Currently, my supervisor and HR are pressuring me to resign soon, or they will terminate me due to the project coming to an end. Please advise.

What is your designation? How many people report to you? How are they pressuring you to resign? Is it through personal meetings or telephonic discussions? Would it be possible for you to record the conversations during the ongoing meetings?

If the project ends, generally companies put the employee on the bench until the next project comes up. Ask them to put you on the bench. Also, terminating is a big step, that's why employers force the employee to resign. And as asked by Divesh Sir, let us know what's the mode in which they are pressurizing you.
